About Pierce
Pierce was born and raised in Central Nebraska, where he was involved in various industries, including agriculture, irrigation, construction, masonry, and public service. Pierce received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Wayne State College in May of 2016, and he then attended Creighton University School of Law where he was admitted to their Accelerated Juris Doctor program. Pierce moved back to Central Nebraska joining the Firm in 2019 and he became a Partner in the Firm in 2022.
Pierce regularly helps clients establish business entities, reorganize entities, draft contracts, negotiate settlements, and deal with complex corporate disputes. Pierce also assists clients with protecting their assets and implementing succession plans through the use of wills and trusts. Pierce enjoys using creative solutions to assist clients in achieving their professional goals as well as protecting their assets and livelihoods. Outside of the office, Pierce enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with family.
